Before you review the list of documents to send to WES, please read this important information about specific requirements that may apply to you depending on the credentials you hold and the country or institution where you studied. This information will ensure that you send the right documents, which may help to expedite your evaluation.
Do not send original documents. WES does not require any original documents to process a credential evaluation report. Documents that you submit for evaluation will not be returned and will be destroyed by WES at its sole discretion.

1. Academic Transcript
This is an official document issued in English by the institution you attended that lists all subjects taken and grades earned for each year of study.
What you need to do:
Please contact the university to send your documents electronically to WES. If you are a current student, go to this Keio University webpage and follow the steps. If you graduated from Keio University, please go to this Keio University webpage and follow the steps. Please include your 7-digit WES reference number with your request. WES has an established relationship with the Keio University and has provided the university officials with instructions.
WES only accepts academic documents issued and sent via the established digital transmission methods. Documents sent through any other methods are not accepted.
